Return Policy
Thank you for supporting our handcrafted skincare and wellness products. We take pride in creating high-quality items with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship your item back.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Used or opened skincare and body products (including soaps, oils, lotions, body scrubs, and bath fizzies).

Moisturizers that arrive melted: Our moisturizers are made with natural ingredients that can soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer months. While this may affect texture, it does not impact the product’s effectiveness or safety. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for moisturizers that melt during shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders cannot be modified or canceled as we begin processing right away.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
