All of our products are made in small batches with love and care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you in the loop!

🕯️ Fragile Items (Candles)
Our candles are handcrafted and fragile. We take extra care in packaging them, but please handle with care upon arrival. If your candle arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right!
☀️ Seasonal Shipping Notice
During warm weather months (May–September), some of our moisturizers and balms may be sensitive to heat during transit. We recommend choosing Standard shippingduring summer to minimize time in transit. We are not responsible for products that melt due to heat exposure during shipping, but please contact us if you have concerns — we always want you to be happy!
